About Course

适合小学六年级的小朋友学习。美国本土老师，带你听说朗读课文，教你地道英语发音。 ① 选用人民教育出版社《新起点小学·六年级（上）》教材 ② 涵盖发音、词汇、听力、表达等各方面的强化练习 ③ 通过12个课时的化学习，帮助学生能够就广泛话题进行对话和交流，并且能独立阅读较长篇幅的英文文章，在交流和阅读中加深对美式英语文化的了解。

This course is geared towards sixth graders, using China's Primary English G6-6A textbook published by People's Education Press Ltd., which comprises of pronunciations, vocabularies, listening exercises, speaking exercises, etc., reinforcing English learning through 28 lecture hours with detailed lesson planning, from English basic phrases to American culture immersion lessons in order to encourage students' language learning awareness and interest, thus improving reading, writing, listening, and conversational skills.

学会102个英语词汇的发音。
学会常用句式在不同情境下的美式发音表达，以及在不同情绪时的发音语气。
能运用常用的一些日常用语，如问候、告别、致谢、道歉。
能在老师的帮助和图片的提示下，复述简单的故事。
能够就比较广泛的话题进行对话和交流，如：介绍中国的旅游城市；介绍英、美、加、澳四个英语国家的基本信息；介绍动物类别及各类动物的基本特征；表达各种情感及其波动原因；介绍几位古今中外名人的基本信息；谈论寒假旅游计划。
能流利地朗读所学的对话、短文或故事。

To learn the pronunciation of 102 vocabularies.
To learn American pronunciation and intonation for common phrases under different situations and different moods.
To understand and be able to talk about cities to visit in China, about England, the United States of America, Canada and Australia, about animal categories and their essential characteristics, about different emotions, about famous people, and about vacation plans.
To be able to use common expressions such as greetings, farewells, saying thanks, and apologies.
To recount anecdotes with the help of the teacher and pictures.
To recite learned dialogues, short stories or passages.

2) You will need parental supervision to watch the lectures and to interact with the teachers.
3) You will need to follow teacher's lecture schedule and consistently participate in lectures every week.
4) During lecture time, you will need to follow along with the teacher, speak, participate, and practice accordingly.
